This large Victorian majolica pedestal has classic rocaille decorations. The vibrant and strong polychrome burgundy color is enhanced by the superb glaze. The ivory colored rocaille are accented with gilt highlights. 
Condition is good.
Inside the glazed base the number, “718” is incised.
