18th century French Louis XV provincial giltwood mirror with hand carved frame 
 
An 18th century Louis XV provincial giltwood mirror with hand carved wooden frame. The rectangular plate is surmounted with a carved and gilt, pierced and highly ornate pediment. This exquisite French mirror presents the stylistic characteristics of the Louis XV era. 
 
The mirror is in very good condition. The plate has a few age-related spots.
