18th century hand carved Spanish polychrome painted framed mirror 
 
This Baroque wood frame is hand carved and polychrome painted. The contrast of red and green on a dark background is dramatically effective and ideal for an important painting and as a mirror.
The 18th Century frame is well preserved. The mirror plate is later.
