This French, 19th century mirror with ormolu bronze Roman Fasces Columns is created in the Empire style. It is mounted on a large rectangular base of solid and strongly colored Lapis Lazuli. It is surrounded with a gilded bronze band and stands on four Lapis Lazuli ball feet. An oval shaped original mirror, framed in ornate bronze, is hinged on the columns. Large Lapis Lazuli beads surmount each column.
