This is a rare example of the great porcelain art of Germany from the 19th century. The compote with floral encrusted lid is created in Meissen style. It is complete with the original under plate. The set is decorated with delicate hand painted flower vignettes. The rich colors are lavishly enhanced with gold highlights. Made of the highest quality porcelain, it is in perfect condition.
