This handsome chest features wide satinwood banding on the four bowed drawer fronts. The piece is all original and dates to the early 19th Century. Slightly flaring French bracket feet with ornate cutouts indicate a New England maker. Along the top edge is a refined Greek key banded inlay.  The drawers are inserted with brass escutcheons and mounted with elliptic brass pulls.

Condition: Good antique condition. Old refinish (imperfections).  A scratch to the top drawer banding (last photo) Top drawer lock is missing, the other 3 are present.  Wear due to age and use.
