This image is an oil painting on canvas, titled, “Valentines Couple” by the artist Griswold Tyng. It depicts a couple in early 20th century attire standing on a busy city street. The painting was owned by the Riverside Press in Mass., published and reproduced for Posters and Postcards.
Griswold Tyng (1883-1962) was an American painter and illustrator, active in Massachusetts. The painting is in good antique condition. Minor touchups are noticed.
