Antique Chinese Sang-de-Boeuf Oxblood Glazed Porcelain Vase, Late Qing / Republic Period.
A striking late 19th or early 20th-century Chinese porcelain bottle vase featuring a deep, rich sang-de-boeuf(oxblood) monochrome glaze. The vessel exhibits a classic baluster silhouette body, an elegantly tapered neck, and a gracefully flared mouth. The rich copper-red glaze pulls away naturally at the rim, leaving the characteristic white porcelain edge, and pools beautifully near the unglazed foot ring.
The underside retains a vintage, gold-bordered inventory or gallery paper label with handwritten numbers in red ink, reflecting its early provenance. This timeless piece offers exceptional color saturation.
Condition: Good antique condition. No visible cracks or chips to the main body. The base features a drilled hole from a historical lamp conversion, as shown in the photographs.
Dimensions: Height: 12 in. (30.48 cm) | Diameter: 8 in. (20.32 cm)
