Antique English Painted Wood Firescreen Flower Basket Dummy Board
 
During the 18th and 19th centuries, dummy board fire screens were highly fashionable, especially among the English. This decorative flower basket from the turn of the century is very artistically painted on wood. The quality of the dummy board is very good.
 
Condition is good, commensurate with age and use. Back support is missing.
