This lovely German hand-painted oval porcelain plaque is a beautiful and skillful wall hanging portrait of Ruth.  It is housed in a gorgeous, ornate hand carved water gilded Florentine frame.  
Condition: Very Good.  Light wear commensurate with age.  Gilding is strong.
