This magnificent pair of hand carved and gold leafed putti dates from the 18th-19th century. They are created in Italy. Both are in flying position with beautiful movements and a lot of expression. The carving is masterfully done with perfect anatomical proportions. Some fingers have some minor losses. This great decorative pieces can be hung on a wall or suspended from the ceiling.
