Rare antique wood carved Agnus Dei Paschal lamb on stand. The beautiful realistically hand carved 19th century gilded wooden lamb is of perfect proportions and in a recumbent pose expressing serene gentleness. It is mounted on a carved and gilded pillow base with four tassels. The sculpture is fully carved on all sides and gilded. The baroque style lamb was created circa 1820 in Southern Germany.
Condition good with age- related wear.
