Colorful and vibrant watercolor painting of the Gondola Wharf on the remote back canal - Squero San Trovaso -. This historic boatyard dates back, almost unchanged, to the early

17th century. The painting was created by Antonio Reyna Manescau (1859-1937), a master of painted panorama views. His paintings captured the topical landscapes of Venice, the immortal city of canals, with incredible detail. Although born in Spain, he lived most of his life in Venice, but his vedute paintings reached global fame.

Condition is excellent. The watercolor is signed on the lower right. The painting is

glazed and framed.
