French Louis XVI Style Bergere Armchair.
 
French Bergere armchair with dark wood frame, rounded back and reeded legs is made circa 1920s. Carved features include scrolled arms and floral and swag designs at the top of the backrest and along the apron.  Charming and amusing, the beige fabric features a distinctive pattern of various Louis furniture sketches and French script.  The upholstery is in very good condition including the elegant deep seat with loose seat cushion. Overall condition is very good.  Wear due to age and use.
