This high quality oil painting of a beautiful woman is painted in the late 18th century in Florence, Italy after the famous portrait by Sebastiano del Piombo. The original is exhibited in the Galleria degli Uffizi in Florence. Two handwritten labels on the stretcher indicate the provenance referring to the Uffizi Gallery in Florence. The condition is good. There are three spots of an earlier retouch. The frame dates later.
