Charming Parisian cityscape, signed and framed oil on artist board by Serge Belloni. The painting displays essential features of Belloni’s renowned Parisian works. This view of Paris features an autumnal scene with glassy architectural reflections.  In the moody street scene sits a flower vendor’s cart beneath bare tree branches. The vivacity of the city is evident in Belloni’s lively brush strokes. Each one an indication of movement. Widely acclaimed as, "Le Peinture de Paris" (The Painter of Paris) Serge Belloni (b. 1925, Plaisance, Italy) lived and exhibited in Paris. By his 20s he was painting its street scenes and cityscapes. This painting is oil on board and housed in it’s original giltwood frame. Condition: Very Good.
