Qing Dynasty Chinese Buddhist Wood Carved Portable Shrine with Bronze Bell.
Imperial Qing Dynasty Chinese intricately carved openwork altar shrine. It is hand carved in hardwood and depicts two strong sword carrying guardians with glass eyes standing watch in the altar frame. The dark wood is embellished with very fine silver wire inlay. The shrine houses a heavy Chinese bronze bell.
Condition is good. Small chips on both sides.
