Rare 19th Century French Baroque Style Brass Centerpiece. 
 
This rare and unusually detailed centerpiece features a goblet or chalice shape balanced by two shell serving plates on either side as one piece. The chalice stands on a square base that is balanced on 4 scroll feet. Intricately designed seashell dishes give symmetry on both sides of the base. This item reflects the elegance of French style and craftsmanship. 
Condition is very good. Wear is commensurate with age and use.
