Amazing, fine and detailed Mandala hand painted by a master artist with pigment ground polychrome colors and 24 K gold on silk linen.  Mandala means circle in Sanskrit. It is a spiritual symbol in Hinduism and Buddhism, representing the universe. This Mandala Thangka from the 20th century depicts various bodhisattvas and deities in radiating circles. It is in very good condition. The silk linen is laid down on board.
