This regal necklace features 47 cut and polished deep red garnets. The entire bib is worked in silver gilt. Each linked piece is topped with a glowing bevel set garnet all the way around the neckline and several more garnets as it draws into the bib. It finishes in a giant centered pendant in larger jewels of various matching shapes. 80 seed pearls and delicate accent stones show off the highly structured and ornate design. Additionally, the back is ornately incised. Many aspects of the backside are as beautifully detailed as the frontside- often a sign of superior jewelry construction. This is an exciting piece of jewelry, a fine investment to own, a pleasure to wear and exhibit.
