This is an authentic and artistically hand painted and handmade wooden advertising sign in original condition. It was found in Cape Cod, New England as a shingle for an artist studio. It indicates that the artist was a specialist in portrait paintings. The sign is wonderfully painted and features a pilgrim face on a wood panel. It is dated 1976 and shows the Plymouth Mayflower insignia. 
 
The condition of the paint surface is, despite age and weather exposure, still perfect. This one of a kind display sign will make a stunning piece of wall art.
